Global Delivery: The shiens Project is committed to delivering your items worldwide as quickly as possible. Orders are shipped via FedEx, USPS, or other carriers depending on the shipping address.

Delivery Times: Please note that as items may be sourced from different locations, delivery times may vary.

Shipping Fees

Minimal Fees: At shiens, we strive to keep our shipping fees minimal to offer you the best value. We are pleased to provide free worldwide express shipping on all orders!

Fast Shipping Option: For an expedited delivery, we offer a fast shipping service for an additional $15.99 per pair, available at checkout.

Delivery Exclusions: Please be aware that deliveries do not include weekends and public holidays.

Order Processing Time

Dispatch Timeline: Orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 working days after payment confirmation. Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday during standard business hours and is closed on national holidays. We make every effort to minimize shipment delays during these periods.

Estimated Delivery Times

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time for express shipping is between 12 to 17 working days. Please note that this is a guided estimate and may vary.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Order Status: You can check the status of your order under the Order History section on our website. A confirmation email will also be sent upon successful checkout.

Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email with the tracking information. Alternatively, you can track your order here.

Tracking Delays: If you do not receive a tracking confirmation email within 5 business days of making your payment, please contact us at support@off–white.org for assistance. Remember that it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to activate.

Missed Delivery

Delivery Attempts: If we are unable to reach you at the specified shipping address, our delivery provider will leave a message or call you. They may also leave a card with instructions on redelivery or collection options.

Customs & Regulations

Local Customs: Your local customs office may require additional documentation and processing time to clear your package, which could delay the estimated delivery time. It is your responsibility to check local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for items not accepted into specific destinations or regions.

Duties & Taxes

Customer Responsibility: shiens is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility, including tariffs and taxes.

Delivery Terms

Shipping Address Changes: Once an order has been placed and dispatched, the shipping address cannot be altered.

Third-Party Carriers: Deliveries are made by contracted third-party carriers. Some carriers may require a signature upon delivery. Estimated delivery times are non-guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier limitations, or other unforeseen events.

Completed Transactions: Once the package has been handed over to the logistic provider, the order is considered a completed transaction. shiens is not responsible for package loss or damage due to courier mishandling. We will assist with filing a claim, but compensation will be subject to the courier’s decision.

Compliance Responsibility: You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. We will not be liable for any breach of these laws by you.

Non-Refundable Shipping: Shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases of delivery failure. If your order cannot be delivered, it may be discarded by local customs or returned to us. In such cases, surcharges will apply, and refunds will be issued according to our return policy, minus any return surcharges, taxes, and duties incurred.
